Cole Wojdacz has been a lifelong advocate for progressive ideals in central Ohio. While at Kent State, she was elected Vice President of Kent’s Students Against Sexual Assault organization. In this capacity, she founded the Affirmative Consent campaign, which aimed to shift culture, conversation, and University policy surrounding consent and sexual assault on campus. She also interned with their Sexual and Relationship Violence Support Services office and Kent’s Women’s Center, which allowed her to hone her marketing, communication, and event planning skills
Returning to Columbus full time, Cole had the opportunity to participate in the NEW Leadership program through the John Glenn College at The Ohio State University. It was here that she first stepped into the political world. Following this program, Cole began working at Triumph Communications in July of 2017 focused in the areas of fundraising and special projects. She is very excited to be back in Central Ohio working to get progressive candidates elected to office.
